This Sunday, there will be a lot of residual cloud, but the weather will be generally dry, then change to fairly to very sunny conditions from the valleys onwards. Cloud banks will remain more widespread over the higher ground, particularly in the Chablais. Temperatures slightly below normal for the season in central Valais and relatively cool in the mountains.
Temperatures forecast for the Rhône plain: lows 14° to 15°, highs 21° to 24°. At stations around 1500m: lows 7 to 9°, highs 15 to 17°. On the summits: 7/14° at 2000m, -2/2° at 3000m. Isotherm of 0°: 2900 m.

Whit Monday will be sunny with a few harmless cumulus clouds over the higher ground. Cool temperatures at dawn then moderate heat during the day with highs of 24 to 27 degrees on the Rhône plain and 19 degrees around 1500m altitude.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be beautiful, sunny and summery days. Cool temperatures at dawn, then a clear easing during the day with highs of 27 to 28 degrees on the plains and 22 degrees at altitudes around 1500m.
Thursday will be sunny and very hot, with highs close to 30 degrees in the lowlands and still 25 degrees at altitudes of around 1500 metres. Thundershowers possible in the evening and especially the following night.
Friday, changeable and heavy weather with showers or thunderstorms possible during the day, less present in the evening. Highs of 26 to 28 degrees and 24 at 1000m.
