This end of the day, sunny and hot weather. The sky is becoming overcast this evening, with some locally strong showers and thunderstorms occurring during the evening and night, easing off in the second half of the night. Tuesday, last showers at dawn in the Upper Valais. Apart from that, generally sunny weather in the morning, then cloud development on the mountains and overcast skies in the afternoon with some showers, sometimes thundery, which may reoccur in the mountains, especially in the Chablais region. Temperatures quite warm during the day. Temperatures forecasted in the Rhône valley: minimums 15 to 17°, maximums 26 to 28°. In the resorts at around 1500m: minimums 10 to 12°, maximums 19 to 21°. On the peaks: 10/16° at 2000m, 3/7° at 3000m. Zero-degree isotherm: 3700 m. Moderate breezes at times during the day in the plains and valleys, moderate southwest winds in the high mountains.

Wednesday and Thursday, generally sunny and warm weather despite a sometimes overcast sky and the development of cumulus clouds over the mountains. Hot temperatures with maximums of 28 to 30 degrees in the plains and still around 25 degrees at an altitude of 1500m. Possible rain and thunderstorm deterioration in the night from Thursday to Friday. Friday, unstable and variable weather with some showers, occasionally thundery, especially in the morning. Temperatures a bit cool for the season. Saturday and Sunday, largely sunny conditions and seasonal temperatures with highs of 25 to 27 degrees at low altitudes.
