Wednesday, overall sunny weather despite the passage of high-altitude clouds, more extensive in the second half of the day, and the development of small cumulus clouds over the mountains. Warm temperatures during the day in the plains as well as in the mountains. Temperatures forecasted in the Rhône Valley: minimums 14 to 17°, maximums 27 to 29°. In the resorts at around 1500m: minimums 10 to 12°, maximums 22 to 23°. On the summits: 12/19° at 2000m, 5/11° at 3000m. Zero-degree isotherm: 4200 m. Breezy conditions during the day in the plains and valleys, moderate southwest winds in the high mountains.

Thursday, sunny weather will continue under a veiled sky. Presence of sand particles in the atmosphere as well. Warm temperatures during the day with highs around 30 degrees in the plains and still 25 to 27 degrees at around 1500m altitude. Foehn rising. Friday, a cold front will pass with cloudy skies and thunderstorms during the day, but the timing is still unclear. Temperatures will drop significantly with highs of 21 to 23 degrees in the plains and 15 to 17 degrees at around 1000 meters altitude. Saturday and Sunday, largely sunny conditions with some cloud development over the mountains and a sometimes overcast sky. Temperatures quite warm during the day with highs of 26 to 28 degrees at low altitudes and 20 to 22 degrees around 1500m. Beginning of next week still poorly defined but no significant deterioration in sight and temperatures likely remaining quite warm.
